Maybe I just don’t notice, but my gym seems more inclusive. There are groups who clearly know each other and sometimes chat, a wide variety of attire among all generations, and most people are considerate with equipment. New management brought upgrades, and recently a new rules poster, but nothing unreasonable. And showing up is key.

Why are old men blow-drying their balls at the gym? An investigation 🥝🚨

Every gym. Every locker room. Every morning. A naked man with a hair dryer pointed at his walnuts.

Read it. Laugh. Then check your locker room.

Too funny - I suppose because they don’t trim up and may be a little furry down south. Unlike men I see trimming up to look like they are prepubescent. GROWN men shaving their “kibbles & bits” in the shower verses the ball dryer. And the winner is???

More reasons why I workout in my finished basement….with a bigass fan blowing on me🤣 Jay goes to the gym in our clubhouse. I can tell if boomers have been sitting on the machines on their phones the minute he walks back into our house🤬🤬. I can’t wait to have him read this!

That’s why I end up quitting every time, Scott. I don’t like all that. It’s just not me. I go to work out. The longest I’ve ever latest was two weeks!
